Since the launch of OPROshield into the sports retail market in 2007, OPRO has continued work on sourcing and manufacturing high quality products.
And as 2012 approaches, a number of new non-mouthguard lines are soon to be available.
With the new products available at the same time as England and Leicester Tigers’ Manu Tuilagi being announced as the face of OPRO, it looks certain the company is going to be very active during the next 12 months.
OPRO360
Headed up by former England and Essex cricketer Mark Ilott, this is OPRO’s new sports equipment division.
Soon to be available under the OPRO360 banner are shoulder pads and headguards. Both products are IRB approved and will be available in youth and adult sizes.
Conveniently packaged in their own branded bags, both products will be a fantastic addition to any existing rugby range from a company whose name is already well regarded in the world of sports protection.
Mueller
OPRO has recently entered into an agreement with Mueller to become the exclusive UK distributor of its products in the sports retail market.
Respected worldwide as a leading supplier of sports supports, braces and medical consumables, the distributorship of this prestigious brand means that OPRO is now able to offer protection for all parts of the body.
With next day delivery available on all stock products, OPRO is very keen to grow the presence of Mueller in the independent market.
Richard Walker, Mueller’s European sales and marketing director, and Catherine Hughes, who OPRO has appointed as brand manager for the Mueller range, have a wealth of experience in the sports supports and medical market and are sure to drive the brand forward in the UK sports retail sector.
Mueller products will be available for shipping from OPRO in early December.
OPRO has a number of other projects soon to be brought to market, so we will be making further announcements about exciting and innovative new products very soon.
