Amer Sports has announced the opening of their new warehouse facility in Belleville, Ontario, marking a significant milestone in their North American operations. This state-of-the-art facility, located just six kilometers from our previous site, is set to be fully operational by January 2025.
Designed to support all their brands, the facility consolidates key operations under one roof, including Distribution & Transportation, Human Resources, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics. With 80 employees already on site, we plan to expand the team further to meet growing demands and support our continued growth.
Driving innovation and efficiency
As Amer Sports’ largest investment in Canada to date, the facility introduces the advanced Exotec Skypod Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), the first of its kind in Ontario. This cutting-edge technology accelerates order processing times and optimizes storage capacity, ensuring we’re well-positioned to meet customer needs efficiently.

Situated in the heart of Canada’s most densely populated region, the facility provides next-day ground service to over 26 million people. This location not only reduces transportation costs but also supports their sustainability goals by minimizing the environmental impact of deliveries.
Built around the principles of density (maximizing storage efficiency) and velocity (accelerating order processing), the new warehouse is designed to drive cost savings, enhance customer satisfaction, and support long-term business growth.
