Global revenue from sports branded consumer products rose by more than 5% in 2023 to $39.5bn. More and more sports, clubs and associations are now launching licensing programmes to reap the rewards and around 30 such organisations – including The FA, Tour de France and 24h Le Mans – are exhibiting at Brand Licensing Europe this month to meet future retail and manufacturing partners.
