Aqua Sphere is supporting wounded heroes of the British Armed Forces by donating its Vista goggles and Aqua Gym equipment to the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre in Headley Court, Epsom.
The DMRC provides high quality rehabilitation for injured service personnel from all service disciplines, including physical and psychological nursing support.
The multi-disciplinary team is dedicated to assisting individuals to achieve maximum independence.
Its impressive facilities include a hydrotherapy pool and fully equipped gyms, and it has established many links with external agencies such as the Para-Olympic Association and the Not Forgotten Association.
“We are very pleased to be in a position to donate kit to the pool at Headley Court to assist in the physical rehabilitation of injured service personnel,” says Martin Newton of Aqua Sphere.
“We know that the MoD are very grateful and the equipment will be put to good use.”
