ASICS LAUNCH NEW TOP OF THE RANGE TENNIS SHOE, COURT FF
FlyteFoam midsole material premieres in ASICS new top-tennis shoe, setting new standards in lightweight stability. The Court FF is a brand new top of the range tennis shoe model that offers the highest levels of cushioning and stability while remaining lightweight . The FlyteFoam technology, has allowed ASICS to design a shoe that delivers for the most demanding player by providing the highest level of lightweight stability as they fly across the court.
Featuring premium materials and the latest technologies, the COURT FF supports the most demanding players with unrivalled performance in three critical areas for tennis footwear; lightweight stability, comfort and fit and finally speed in transition. It contains a high level of technical detail and continues the long line of high performance tennis shoes from ASICS.
Lightweight stability
The COURT FF is able to deliver lightweight and stability by adopting its unique FlyteFoam midsole material with reinforced fibres. Flytefoam is ASICS’ latest patented2 midsole technology and about 55% lighter than the industry standard midsole materials. It maintains appropriate cushioning from start to finish. First introduced in ASICS’ revolutionising MetaRun concept running shoe, the COURT FF is the first tennis shoe to feature this technology.
Comfort and fit
Comfort and fit – contributing to stability – are further enhanced with the introduction of a full mesh MONOSOCK, giving soft flexibility and support for a snug fit, as well as an inner reinforcement construction for instep support.
Speed last
A newly designed tennis-specific last has been created to move quickly around the court. It’s inspired by a running last with higher toe spring to help players get faster into forefoot position enabling them to move faster around the court.
COURT FF will launch at retail mid-January. Top tennis player David Goffin (Belgium, ATP #11) will be featured flying off the tennis court in a bespoke digital and trade marketing ‘FLY’ campaign. The ASICS COURT FF will be available in an all-court outsole for a recommended retail price of £145.
