The 590 sq m outlet opened on July 31 and stocks the brand’s full running collection, alongside rugby and tennis and its new training line.
It also features ASICS’ updated FOOT ID service – called MOTION ID – which uses a series of sensors to capture customers’ natural posture and style of movement when running.
Based on this data, MOTION ID evaluates the customers’ impact during running, as well as their pronation movement and heel shank coupling in different running shoes, allowing ASICS staff to decide on the best running shoe for them.
The store is the first to pilot ASICS’ new visual merchandising concept, which uses fittings specifically designed to display performance products from different sports in a more consumer friendly manner.
