
The racquet sports specialist has become the official equipment and shuttlecock supplier to all Badminton England’s community programmes.
The partnership will also see Babolat shuttlecocks being used for all domestic juniors, seniors and masters tournaments and circuit events, including the National Schools Championships.
Adrian Christy, Badminton England’s chief executive, says: “We have developed a very exciting commercial programme, creating fantastic partnership opportunities across all areas of our business.
“I am delighted to be able to confirm this agreement with Babolat, who will be making one of the largest investments into grass roots badminton and who will become our first community level partner supporting our programmes and competitions, which are played by almost one million people every month.”
