Castore unveils England Rugby home, training and travel kits for 2025/26 season – Where Performance Meets Passion

The groundbreaking new partnership brings innovation and heritage to the forefront of rugby apparel

British sportswear brand Castore has unveiled its first cutting-edge England Rugby kit collection for the 2025/26 season, following the announcement of the brand becoming the Official Technical Partner for England Rugby.

The men’s and women’s collections will be staggered across multiple launches with the men’s home kit arriving today, 21st May. Alongside this release will be both men’s and women’s training and travel kits, while the highly anticipated release of the women’s home kit will be in the coming weeks, as the nation builds in excitement for the home Women’s Rugby World Cup starting in August, against the USA.

The partnership marks a bold new generation for England Rugby. Blending performance-driven technology with a deep respect for heritage and identity, the creation of the new kits was guided by the brand’s philosophy of ‘Better Never Stops’, as Castore continues to push boundaries in high-performance sportswear. Every element of the new kit has been engineered for performance and put through its paces. The necklines specifically, are developed pre-season and rigorously tested to withstand up to 1,200 Newtons of force to ensure they meet the demands of the international game.

With quality and functionality at the forefront of the design, the Men’s Home Kit features embossed fabric to elevate its heritage feel alongside strategically placed gripper detail to the front of the chest, facilitating players possession of the ball. Crafting with winning in mind, the kit encompasses the needs of players with velvet flocking to the back of the shorts which allows them to maintain dry hands and improve precision. Matching their upper counterpart for a clean and sophisticated look, the Brilliant White shorts incorporate an elastic waistband and internal drawcord to ensure a secure fit. Peacoat blue socks, in line with tradition, complete the kit and boast cushioned heel and footbed support.

In addition to the men’s home kit, Castore and England Rugby have today unveiled training and travel apparel. The new Home Kit collection will be available in pro, pro replica, infant, babies as well as the classic short-sleeved and classic long-sleeved silhouettes. Embodying Castore’s dedication to precision engineering and detail with each element being meticulously crafted to enhance performance, comfort, and style. Building on the high-performance innovation already delivered in rugby, as the technical partner to Harlequins, Saracens and Bath.

Castore’s Director of Product for Professional Sports, Robin Dunn, says: “Every detail of the new England Rugby kits has been engineered with elite performance and heritage in mind. The design of the kit draws inspiration from themes of strength and resilience, a tribute to the power and unity of the players both on and off the field. At Castore, we are committed to obsessing over every edge, ensuring that every stitch, fabric, and feature contributes to excellence”.

This exciting new chapter sees Castore and England Rugby combining their expertise in high-performance sportswear to deliver kits that will empower players at the highest level. Fans can look forward to seeing the new kits in action during the 2025/26 season, available at www.englandrugbystore.com  and Castore retail channels from 21st May 2025.
