Along with club kit partner Nike, Chelsea have unveiled their third kit for the 2024/25 season. Celebrating the explosion of fresh creativity and attitude that shook west London and the world beyond in the 70s as the punk era descended, the kit was proudly debuted by the trailblazing Chelsea Women when they took on Arsenal in their pre-season friendly in Washington.
Punk was all about youth, energy and standing out – and nothing stood out more than the dayglo colours plus black designs that inspire the look of the kit which goes on sale on Tuesday 27th August.
The anthracite grey and black shirt and the shorts have an eye-catching opti yellow and prime pink trim, with the fabric reviving ripped-up, clashing punk patterns. A ‘Blues’ patch inside is etched in typography that is straight out of 1977. The iconic lion from their crest is proudly displayed on the front of the shirt.
The kit also celebrates the women’s game, with a vertical, double Nike Swoosh pointing upward to celebrate the acceleration of the women’s game.
