Columbia is Sarah Hoefflin’s official apparel sponsor for the 2020 season. Sarah is a 29 year-old Swiss Freestyle skier who lives in Chamonix and she started quite late her professional skiing career after studying and gaining her degree in neuroscience. This has not stopped her from rising through the ranks picking up medals at multiple high level competitions during her short career. Most notably, Sarah took gold at the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang in 2018 in slopestyle and also the Big Air gold medal at the Aspen Winter X Games in 2018 and Silver in Slopestyle in 2019.
She is competing in Aspen at the 2020 X Games at the end of the week along with two other Columbia sponsored freestyle skiers : Cassie Sharpe from Canada who got the Gold Medal in slopestyle at the last Winter Olympics and Alex Ferreira from the US who got the Gold Medal at the Winter X Games in Aspen in Superpipe in 2019.
