Lonsdale has signed a sponsorship agreement with European boxing champion Darren Barker (pictured).
Barker lost in 11 rounds to WBC middleweight champion Sergio Martinez last weekend.
Under the terms of the deal Barker, who hails from Barnet, will train and box using Lonsdale boxing equipment and Lonsdale apparel.
Sunny Singh, Lonsdale’s head of sports marketing, says: “We look forward to supporting Darren, the rising star of British boxing, as he punches his way to even more success dressed in Lonsdale.”
