DB Apparel price fixing probe closed

UK consumer watchdog the Competition and Markets Authority has closed the case relating to nine alleged anti-competitive agreements between DB Apparel UK, Debenhams, House of Fraser and John Lewis, saying there was no grounds for action.

The case centred on allegations that DB Apparel attempted to inflate the prices of its Shock Absorber sports bra range stocked in the department stores between 2008-2011.
