Opening the doors to DW Fitness First’s 120 gyms, expert staff will be on hand to offer gym bunnies and non-gym fans the chance to trial the brand-new Fitness Menu, packed full of exciting new class offerings to get their endorphins flowing. Alongside the new season versions of DW Fitness First’s Freestyle Group Training classes – Explore, Bootcamp, HIIT, Glute Gains and Core which allow users to train across multiple pieces of equipment and focus on multiple muscle groups all in one session. New versions of SHRED, the popular Hiit-compound lifting class – will now be available UK wide.
Certain gyms will premiere bespoke classes such as Rhyde, a high energy cycle class which incorporates upper body conditioning and uses the principles of mindfulness; ROX – Run and Box, the new 50 per cent treadmill, 50 per cent boxing class fuelled by lights to improve mood; Cycle, the performance cycling concept individuals or groups can take part in using the market-leading Skillbike whilst monitoring their performance on the big screen.
