f you haven’t decided to attend ISPO yet then the Federation of Sports & Play Associations (FSPA) can give you a helping hand.

ISPO is the world’s leading trade fair for the sports industry and is being held on January 26-29, 2020, at Neue Messe München, in Munich, Germany. It will have over 2,800 exhibitors with an audience of over 85,000 visitors from more than 120 different countries.

The FSPA is appealing to sports businesses that are thinking of attending ISPO 2020 to claim their grant from the Department of International Trade (DiT) as soon as possible, the closing date for applications is December 3.

Jane Montgomery, from the FSPA, said: “We’re urging sports companies to contact us so that they can take advantage of the DiT grant of £1,500 towards their exhibition space and stand costs. This is a service offered exclusively through us.”

The FSPA is a Trade Challenge Partner of the DiT. They administer the DiT’s Trade Access Programme (TAP) which provides grants, support and expert advice for businesses wanting to attend overseas trade shows including ISPO.

Jane added: “It’s easy to apply. To qualify, you must be a UK-based business or organisation which includes a UK subsidiary of an overseas company. Just get in touch and we can take it from there.”
