Gloucestershire County Cricket Club has confirmed that Gray-Nicolls will be its new kit supplier from this season.
Gray-Nicolls will be the club’s official kit supplier until the 2012 season, and the Sussex company has already been busy drafting ideas with Gloucestershire’s marketing team for new kit designs for the 2009 season.
Says GCCC chief executive Tom Richardson: “Gray Nicholls are an internationally renowned company. We are very pleased to be partnering them and we look forward to working with them.”
Gray-Nicolls’ sales and marketing director, Richard Gray, commented: “We are very proud to have been awarded the Gloucestershire contract, which represents a major endorsement of our successful and growing teamwear programme. Gray-Nicolls have had close links with many of the great Gloucestershire players going right back to WG Grace and Wally Hammond, so it is fitting that we will now be supplying the club’s kit. We are very excited by the opportunity and are looking forward to working with GCCC.”
