The sports division of specialist foam manufacturer GNG Group is launching a brand-new multifunctional exercise product at the UK’s largest fitness tradeshow Elevate 2023 which it believes will be a game-changer for the exercise industry, re-shaping the way people work out.
Taking place at Excel London on 14thand 15th June and dedicated to fitness, sport and physical activity, the show is a leading event for thousands of decision-makers for gyms, studios, sports clubs, universities, personal training, schools and private practice. It will see the biggest brands in Europe showcasing their latest innovations to get the nation more active.
GNG Sports is planning to use the event to launch its brand-new foam-based physical training product, the Hex – a cutting edge piece of equipment which is set to transform workouts by providing greater versatility. From strength conditioning to loaded movement training, core stability to high-intensity interval training, the Hex has been designed as a multi-faceted fitness aid. Whether used individually or in group training and fitness classes, it removes the hassle of constantly setting up equipment for different exercises as it can be used for traditional barbell exercises, squatting and conditioning or as a bench and stepper, all in one.

The Hex is available in 2.5kg incremental weights ranging from 5kg to 30kg.
