Status Report: COVID-19 has the majority of the UK confined to their homes unless we are buying essential supplies or taking once daily exercise… For the vast majority, this means that through a combination of outdoor exercise and creative at home workouts, overall training can continue. However, for those swimmers and multisport athletes who sadly do not have a lake over the road or have not been blessed with a lottery win to install an endless pool, swimming has all but ceased.
