A sad tale from west London, where community website www.chiswickw4.com has reported the demise of an independent sports shop.
“After 26 years in Chiswick the recent increases in rent, rates and parking charges have made it impossible for us to retail competitively,” says Antony Tropp, owner of Turnham Green Terrace’s Sports Centre.
