The Christmas season is an opportunity to drive additional sales through gift packs and novelty items whilst at the same time creating a festive point of sale design as a focus in store.
The INTERSPORT team worked closely with suppliers on a number of Christmas lines that include value packs or multi-buys to give Members some impulse gift ideas for their customers looking for Christmas stocking fillers. The products range from retail price points of £10 to £40 including a number of INTERSPORT Exclusives which were all presented at the Q4 show back in March.
In line with the INTERSPORT Sport to the People motto the creative is a fun sledging image to create that winter feel. The display support pack includes hanging boards, display cubes, gift tickets and ribbon for gift wrapping and will be in stores from the middle of November.
INTERSPORT’S General Manager Tom Foley commented “suppliers do very little specifically for the Christmas market and we challenged a number of our suppliers to produce something festive to cater for the demand. We are supporting this with an exclusive in store campaign which we feel should boost sales”.
