Intersport is preparing for what promises to be a bumper Q3 2010 show on January 6-7.
Over 90 per cent of Intersport retailers have registered for the event, which will also see a record number of exhibitors at Cranmore Park in Solihull. Nine ‘guest exhibitors’ have also confirmed their attendance.
“We are confident that this show will prove to be one of the most successful we have ever staged,” says Barry Mellis, Intersport’s general manager. “Advance figures for attendance are the best we have seen and as the country makes the slow journey towards recovery and growth I have the distinct impression of confidence returning.
“I look forward to welcoming our three new members and a further six, who have indicated their interest in joining our growing community. There is no doubt that this show will be set against a much more upbeat and optimistic backdrop, especially with so many attendance records being comprehensively smashed.
“Here exists a renewed sense of dynamism which, I believe, stands as a testament to the spirit of enterprise that we have helped to foster within our own industry.”
