Congratulations to those of you who took part in the Virgin Money London Marathon. At the time of writing the race is a couple of days away but I hope that you achieved your goals and maybe a PB. However, just completing the distance is an achievement in itself no matter what your time.
And if you didn’t take part were you inspired to pull on your running shoes and set yourself a target for next year? If you’re looking for something a little bit more extreme then there could be something to inspire you in this issue of Running Forum.
