Kask has become the Official Helmet Partner of Ironman EMEA in a three-year deal lasting until the end of the 2021 season.
The new partnership is the latest step for the Italian helmet brand as it aims to reinforce its presence in the triathlon field at the highest level, while promoting its top-level, triathlon-ready helmets. It will see Kask present at Ironman and Ironman 70.3 events in South Africa, Mallorca, France, Nice, Austria, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Kalmar, Cervia and Barcelona, marking a renewed presence at some the biggest triathlon races in the world.
KASK creates some of the world’s most advanced triathlon helmets – from the Utopia to the Mistral and Bambino Pro – and the new partnership will not only ensure that KASK has a greater presence at these major international triathlon races, but also generate a new touchpoint for consumers, who will be able to get hands-on and try the latest helmets from the Italian brand at event village stands.
At the same time, triathletes and fans are set to be able to meet their KASK-sponsored heroes through events organized at each race.
Alberto Fonte, Kask cycling director, said: “We are delighted to announce this new partnership between Kask and the Ironman and Ironman 70.3 EMEA races, and excited about the opportunity it presents for KASK to impact tri-sports.
“This new partnership will expose our industry-leading helmets such as Utopia, Mistral and Bambino Pro to an even greater number of Ironman athletes and Ironman fans.”
Antonio di Pasquale, partnership sales director Ironman, said: “Ironman races are at the pinnacle of the triathlon world, and we’re proud to work with equally prestigious partners that help to make our events the best in the world.
“This new partnership with Kask is an exciting development for Ironman, and will add to the atmosphere and quality of our events in the EMEA territories.”
