Celebrating its 22nd year, the Loch Ness Marathon continues to be a highlight of the Autumn running calendar, known as one of the most beautiful races in the world. As a bucket list marathon for runners worldwide, the point to point route boasts spectacular scenery, fantastic atmosphere and a truly memorable experience.

Taking place on the 28th and 29th September 2024, the weekend festival of running not only includes the iconic marathon distance but also the River Ness 10k & Corporate Challenge, River Ness 5K and the Wee Nessie children’s race. With the Runners Café and Sports Expo on Saturday, free for all visitors.

Jordan Foster, Head Coach at Coopah, said: “We are super excited to be working with the team at Loch Ness Marathon and we are really looking forward to helping lots of their runners beat their goals over the event weekend – whether they are aiming for a marathon PB, or looking to take on their first 5 or 10k! We know how much of a difference it can make to event day if runners have followed a plan that has been designed for them and how it can make race day a much more positive experience. So, with that, combined with the beautiful scenery of Loch Ness we know that the Class of ’24 are going to have the best time, and we can’t wait to be a part of it!”

Malcolm Sutherland, Event and Race Director of Loch Ness Marathon, added: “It’s wonderful to officially reveal this partnership. We have been enjoying working with Jordan and the full Coopah team and already know how much our participants will benefit from the platform. It’s a great step forward in providing the best possible experience and we look forward to welcoming enthusiastic runners in their thousands to the beautiful Highlands in September.”
