Nike launch new England football kit

The bold, redesigned 2022 England football team collection highlight Nike’s culture of innovation and combine proprietary sport science and digital design with the spirit of the nation.

The redesigned English collection takes inspiration from the boldness of the English team, highlighting their stalwart spirit and collective energy through a range of design cues.

The home kit combines the iconic Blue Void with youthful patterns and colour gradients and a distorted Three Lions graphic on the shoulders, layered with aggressive angles and lines to replicate claw marks.

The away kit marks the return of the iconic all-over Challenge Red. The away kit also features a reimagined collar—a signature of the English team—that reveals a knitted 3 Lions graphic when the collar is popped.

Kits and training kits are underpinned by Dri-FIT ADV, Nike’s pinnacle apparel material platform. Match kits and training apparel combine rigorous data with comprehensive computational design based on a 4D-model to create a cutting-edge, lightweight kit. The new seamless kit is engineered pixel by pixel to provide precise reinforcement and venting for distraction-free play. The kits’ and training kits’ new, distinct aesthetic also feature fluid cut lines that match throughout the shirt and short, even as the athlete is in motion.
