On the back of Mary Portas’ Secret Shopper series on Channel 4, 12,000 secret shoppers have had their say about some of the UK’s leading retail chains online.
JJB Sports and Sports Direct have received both good and bad reviews from customers, but languish 98th and 101st respectively in Portas’ ‘Best Shop In Britain’ list.
The current league leader is Waterstone’s, followed by Waitrose and Monsoon Accessorize.
