Global premium specialist sports retailer, and authenticator, Pro:Direct Sport, has announced that it has partnered with leading app solution provider One iota to launch their first mobile app for consumers of their speciality Soccer, Running, Basketball, Rugby, Tennis, and Cricket brands.
Having seen significant growth in consumers moving from shopping on desktop to tablet and mobile, a trend that is consistent across the retail sector, Pro:Direct Sport will be launching an iOS app and Android app.
With ever changing consumer behaviour, the apps will empower the retailer to have greater data and insight into how its consumers are shopping and therefore help to drive connected membership, personalisation, engagement and loyalty.

With a unique offer and loyal customer base that is frequently shopping with the retailer, it is in a very strong position to engage and retain these shoppers through their apps.
