Red Bull Four 2 Score UK national winners crowned, booking place in Leipzig World Final

Filthy Fellas and Brazuca were crowned National winners at the inaugural Red Bull Four 2 Score UK tournament in Liverpool yesterday, booking their places in the Red Bull Four 2 Score World Final, which will take place in Leipzig, Germany this August.
Red Bull athlete and Four 2 Score UK ambassador, Trent Alexander-Arnold, was in attendance at Powerleague Liverpool to watch the UK’s first iteration of Red Bull’s innovative new 4-a-side format, in which there are no goalies and goals count double during the first and last minute.
In the men’s final, 2021 Red Bull Neymar Jr’s Five UK winners Filthy Fellas ran out 5-2 winners over Bop City, who beat two-time Panna world champion Jack Downer’s Sportrait in a hard fought semi-final. In the women’s final, Brazuca beat Halewood Athletic, earning the right to represent the UK alongside Filthy Fellas at the World Final.
Speaking at the tournament in Liverpool, Red Bull athlete Trent Alexander-Arnold said: “It was great to see Red Bull Four 2 Score brought to life for the first time in the UK. The format was designed to encourage attacking play at key moments in the game and we definitely saw that in action today, with some incredible goals. I’m really excited to see how our UK tournament winners get on in Leipzig later this year.”
