Ronhill Sports supported the recent ‘Dr Ron’ Hyde 7 mile road race, which was part of the Tour of Tameside, organised by Sports Tours International.
The race, in honour of running legend, Dr Ron Hill, MBE, who died last year, was a fantastic success and was the culmination of the four-day Tour of Tameside event, a race founded in 1981, by Dr Ron.
Graham Richards, Ronhill/Hilly Brand Director csaid: “It was great to be involved in such a prestigious event and to remember Ron and all of his many achievements. The prize giving in Hyde’s Town Hall, was very fitting, and enjoyed by many of the finishers of the Tour.”
