Inves=ng in People and Culture: In March 2024, we rolled out our first anonymous global Employee Engagement Survey, achieving an engagement score of 7.9/10 — posiIoning us above industry benchmarks and offering valuable insights into our internal culture.

Employee training also remained a priority, with conInued deployment of our sustainability learning programs. Beyond foundaIonal sessions, our teams gained experIse in eco-design, responsible communicaIon, CRCS cerIficaIon, and more.

Building a More Inclusive Outdoor Community: In 2024, Salomon stepped up its efforts to improve accessibility by tesIng adapIve prosthesis prototypes for snowboarding, skiing, and ski touring alongside several athletes — devices that were then used throughout the winter season.

To mark the occasion, we hosted AdapIve Night at our Champs-Élysées flagship store. The event celebrated inclusive sport and was a major success — gathering athletes, partners, and community members around the latest innovaIons in adapIve equipment and apparel.

The Salomon FoundaIon also launched a new donaIon fund to support NGOs around the world working to make the outdoors more inclusive — complemenIng our ongoing mission to assist mountain professionals facing life-changing events.
