Samurai and London Welsh RFC have agreed a five-figure kit sponsorship partnership for the next three years.
London Welsh will be one of the first teams to wear the ICONIX competition fit Performex high performance jersey, which Samurai has been developing for he past 18 months.
‘’This is an incredibly exciting partnership for Samurai,” says Richard Brand, Samurai’s national sales director.
“As someone who has become a huge rugby supporter, I am fully aware that London Welsh is a club steeped in tradition with a fantastic history and an excellent fan base.
“As a progressive company, we are extremely excited about working with a like-minded club to help them achieve their aim of reaching the Premiership.
“I know our staff throughout the UK and China will be proud to see the Samurai name emblazoned on the shirts of the London Welsh team and will cheer them on at every game.”
Supporters will get their first opportunity to see the London Welsh team wearing the new Championship strip on August 29 when they play Nottingham away.
