Sealskinz gets £2.7m venture capital injection

The waterproof outdoor accessories specialist says the money from private equity firm Beringea will be used to support its continued expansion into international markets and strengthen product development and marketing activities.

Beringea’s investment sits alongside the existing one from Bridges Ventures, the specialist sustainable and impact investor, which has supported Sealskinz since backing the initial management buyout of the business in 2007.
