EPoS and ecommerce specialist Cybertill wants to hear from independent sports retailers who’ve increased sales, improved their customer service or grown their customer base by using social media – and the most innovative idea will win an iPad.
“Social media is now part and parcel of retail and there are some great examples of retailers using social media to drive sales, increase loyalty and help their business,” Ian Tomlinson, founder and CEO of Cybertill, says.
