SKINS aims to raise £2 million via equity crowdfunding

The Aussie sports compression company is working with Seedrs and partner company Equitise in Australia and New Zealand to raise the funds.

Executive chairman Jaimie Fuller says: “SKINS began life making sportswear that enabled athletes to improve their performance.

“We see crowdfunding as a fantastic opportunity for like-minded people to become part of our journey.”

Fuller says the funds raised will help SKINS accelerate its innovation pipeline by bringing its products to market faster, enable the company to enter other sportswear categories and drive further growth.

As well as equity in the company, investor benefits include discounts on SKINS apparel, entry into a draw to win a sporting experience with a SKINS sponsorship partner and free SKINS for life.

SKINS was founded in 1996 and sells products in 43 countries.
