The award winning brand’s Bluez2 and Sportz M2 products were part of a cycling accessories review on ITV’s This Morning programme on June 19, which has 1.6 million viewers.
Selected because of their safety features, the sound quality was described as “Incredible” by presenter Philip Schofield.
AfterShokz use bone conduction technology that allows the listener to hear their music and mobile phone, while remaining aware of ambient sounds from oncoming traffic, car horns, ambulances or other warnings that traditional headphones and earbuds block out.
AfterShokz Bluez2 are scheduled to feature on The Travel Show on BBC2 on June 27, repeating on BBC World News and the BBC News Channel during June 28-29.
“We are delighted to have been contacted directly by both these television channels and feature on shows with such large and wide reaching audiences,” Rodney Annet, managing director of Pinpoint Consumer Electronics, the exclusive distributor for AfterShokz in the UK and Ireland, says.
“Since This Morning we have seen a surge in interest for our retail stockists as the consumer awareness of AfterShokz continues to grow.”
AfterShokz will be exhibiting at the STAG Summer Buying Show on June 29-30 at the Cotswold Water Park.
