Somnio has appointed Katrin Engel (pictured) as PR manager for the UK and Ireland.
Engel, who recently moved from Germany to the UK, will be based in Peebles, Scotland and will work directly with Somnio’s sales and marketing manager Scott McDonald as well as with the company’s European head office in Switzerland.
In her new role Engel will be responsible for developing Somnio’s public relations network in the UK and Ireland.
Besides taking care of all media requests, including product tests, the native German will also manage the custom fit shoe company’s UK website (www.somnioshoes.co.uk) and assist at events.
