The Mike Ashley owned chain is to partner with online flash sales fashion retailer OZSALE, which will operate its ecommerce platform as part of a new joint venture.
Sports Direct also has plans to open three stores in Australia and one in New Zealand, which will each feature an OZSALE outlet.
OZSALE is part of the MySale Group, an online retailer with established flash sales sites in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, and an expanding presence in the US and UK that provides a solution for brands to dispose of excess inventory.
In total, MySale claims to have 12 million members.
Sports Direct took a 4.8 per cent stake in MySale last month after it launched on the AIM stock market.
Retail tycoon Sir Philip Green also has a 25 per cent stake in the business.
