Has adapted to the guidelines and is now a virtual community during this period of social-distancing. Instead of meeting once a week for a social 5k, everyone is being encouraged to sign up to the virtual format and stay #RunConnected through the National SRG Facebook pages.
Through this, we will do our best to encourage everyone to keep putting their running shoes on and gain support and encouragement from each other. We will together help each other to stay positive.
Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of whether you have run with SRG or not, and everyone who signs up to the virtual group before midnight on Saturday 21 st March, will be entered into a draw to win one of five pairs of Brooks running shoes. Join the community at www.srg.upandrunning.co.uk
