Following the phenomenal success of Stick to Football, The Overlap is launching a brand-new channel, The Overlap Rugby, which will be the ultimate destination for all things international rugby, and be the appointment to view before, during and after every international rugby tournament in 2025.
Stick to Rugby, brought to you by Defender, will be hosted by a star-studded line-up of high-profile rugby personalities who will dive deep into the hottest topics in the global game and offer unparalleled insights into their lives and careers, while also hosting exclusive interviews with renowned figures from the realm of sports and entertainment. The hosts are no strangers to the pressures and thrills of international rugby tournaments and television broadcasting.
They are:
- David Flatman, one of the most popular and respected rugby broadcasters in the UK, Flatman is a former England, Bath and Saracens prop with 8 international caps.
- Tom Shanklin, renowned for his explosive power and incisive runs, Shanklin is a former Wales centre with 70 caps, two Six Nations Grand Slams, and a key figure in the 2005 and 2008 campaigns.
- Lawrence Dallaglio, a towering figure in English rugby, Dallaglio captained England, won the 2003 Rugby World Cup, and had an illustrious career with Wasps, winning multiple domestic and European titles.
