With 25 years of experience in the sports, lifestyle, and fashion industries, Denglos brings a wealth of expertise in driving commercial success and strategic growth to the company.
In this role, Denglos will oversee all sales channels across the EMEA region, including Wholesale, Distributors, Ecommerce, and Retail. His primary focus will be on accelerating growth and expanding Under Armour’s presence in the region.
Denglos joins Under Armour with a robust international and cross-functional background. His career includes over 25 years at adidas, where he most recently served as President of adidas Italy and previously held positions as Global VP Group Strategy SPEED and Global VP Sales & GM International Clearance/B2B.
Kevin Ross, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of EMEA, said: “We are delighted to welcome Franck Denglos as our new VP of Commercial for EMEA further solidifying our commitment to bringing in world-class talent that drives our business forward. We believe that with exceptional leaders like Franck at the helm, we are well-positioned to expand our impact in shaping the future of our EMEA operations.”
Franck’s appointment further strengthens the roster of world-class leaders who recently joined Under Armour, including Yassine Saidi, Chief Product Officer, and Eric Liedtke, Executive Vice President of Brand Strategy. This follows a renewed focus from the brand on sportswear innovation, while it continues its commitment to advance athlete performance and broaden sports accessibility for young people in the region with programmes such as UA Next London.
Denglos officially joined Under Armour on September 1, 2024, and will be based out of the organisation’s Amsterdam office.
