Up & Running, the UK’s biggest independent running retailer, are starting a new social run from their Birmingham branch.
For this first run, on Monday (September 5), they are holding a launch party with a variety of activities, including free physio assessments, TomTom watches to try and free gifts.
The 5k run along the canals of Birmingham will begin at 6pm and is supported by Great Run Anytime part of Great Run Local.
Participants will receive a free wristband to time their run duration and frequency.
The event is free and open to all abilities and will form part of the store’s weekly offering to the running community.
