Hy-Pro brand Zinc had four team riders competing at the recent ISA Championships qualifiers at Deeside skatepark, which also hosted the Scoot GB Wales qualifiers.
Zinc, which also sponsored the event, had Jack Harris, Luck Scothern and Darren and Jay Simpson in attendance, with Jay Simpson, who performed huge tricks during the five-minute runs, finishing second in the under-12s category for Scoot GB.
Kishan Tosar, Zinc’s team manager, says: “I am proud of the boys and their performances in major scooter competitions.
“We have a great team of riders with great ambition and attitude towards the sport.
“They will be competing in more competitions during 2014 and I am confident they will do well.”
