Italian gunmaker Zoli is proud to announce the addition of two more rising stars to its team of sponsored shooters: Chloe Applin and Ollie Keates.
Winner of The Schools’ Challenge (TSC) in 2018, 18-year-old Chloe is a first-year agribusiness student at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester. Originally from Bath, she was introduced to shooting aged 10 by her father and has been competing for around four years, with FITASC being her favourite discipline. “The sponsorship from Edgar Brothers and Zoli has given me an amazing opportunity to work with two brilliant brands and will really motivate me and push my shooting onto the next level. I’m very grateful!” she commented.
Ollie, from Wiltshire, has just turned 15 and began shooting at the age of 10 with his father and is in his third year of competitive shooting. He defeated several older shooters to win the UK Colts FITASC trophy in 2019. “I feel honoured to be sponsored by Edgar Brothers and Zoli and proud that my hard work has been recognised by such well respected companies,” he said. “I’m looking forward to representing them.”
Tom Heapy of Edgar Brothers, exclusive UK distributor for Zoli, added: “Zoli makes a point of choosing shooters who not only have technical talent, but also show a real passion for their sport, and Chloe and Ollie are no exception. We’re very excited to work with them.”
