Export seminar: take your next step in exporting

The FSPA is holding a seminar on 2 November to provide members with the knowledge, expertise and advice needed to help them on the next step in their exporting journey.

FSPA Managing Director, Jane Montgomery, says: “Whether you have never exported before, export occasionally or have been exporting your goods for a while, this exclusive event free to members, will provide you with the information you need to help you take your business forward.

“We have an expert panel of speakers covering different aspects of exporting particularly with regards to how Brexit may affect future trading. It will be a very interactive event with a networking lunch and a Q&A session with representatives from the Chamber of Commerce and UK Export Finance.”

Speakers

David Hooper (Hooper & Co International Trade Consultancy)

David has worked in International Trade and Economic Development for 20 years. He will be sharing his knowledge on customs compliance rules and regulations and offering guidance on how Brexit could affect business exporting and importing in the future.

Andy Medler (Moneycorp)

Moneycorp, one of the largest and longest-serving currency specialists in the UK, work with businesses who import and export and help manage their Foreign Exchange exposure. Andy will discuss the importance of protecting businesses from currency market fluctuations.

Department for International Trade – Speaker TBC

The DiT speaker will explain how to maximise your online presence, offering digital and ecommerce export advice and guidance on website internationalisation – helping you to sell more online.
