There are a few simple things you can do to keep your TOKATM mouthguard clean.
• Brush your teeth before you wear it to remove bacteria from your mouth. You should brush your teeth again after taking your TOKATM out as well.
• Rinse your TOKATM with cool to lukewarm water after each use.
If you are exposing your TOKATM to water, take care and ensure the water is only room temperature. If the water is too hot, that can cause your mouthguard to become distorted and no longer fit you properly. Make sure your TOKATM is completely dry before storing it in a clean case, which ideally will have holes or vents that allow the mouthguard to breathe.
