Nike’s Shield collection of apparel and footwear has been designed to ensure runners stay dry, protected and visible during the winter months.
All products have been created to be water resistant, flexible, reflective and warm.
New products include the Element Shield Max jacket, Vapor Flash jacket and Swift running tights, while the Nike Shield footwear collection helps keep feet comfortable and warm with updated versions of the Free Run+2, LunarSwift+3, LunarGlide+3, LunarEclipse+, LunarFly+2 and Structure Triax+15.
Shield footwear collection
To protect against the elements and keep runners dry, warm and visible, the Shield footwear collection features reflective materials and durable water resistant (DWR) treatment to keep runners dry and visible in cold, wet or low-light conditions. In cold weather tight woven mesh and plush collar linings help keep feet comfortable and warm.
The collection’s six Nike footwear styles offer a range of stability and support, and are available in various colourways.
Vapor Flash jacket
The Vapor Flash jacket is Nike’s premium running jacket for winter, ideal for runners who train at night or in low-light conditions.
The reversible jacket has a reflective laminated face for 360-degree visibility on one side and a toned down sleek black side for when visibility is less important.
An adjustable hood with built-in visor provides enhanced coverage when out in the elements, while the motion sleeves ensure that movement is never restricted.
Element Shield Max jacket
The Element Shield Max jacket offers excellent functionality and is perfect for runners who train in extremely cold conditions.
For added comfort and protection, this jacket comes with an adjustable running specific hood as well as hand warmers. Swift tight
