Orca has answered the increasing demand for high quality, performance triathlon apparel that can be customised with the launch of its new custom programme in the UK.
The initial offering covers triathlon apparel essentials, including race suits, tri tops and tri pants.
Options are provided for teams to supply fully customised design artwork or create a design using Orca’s unique online tool.
“Launching these custom programmes was a logical step for us,” says Orca’s UK sales manager Chuck Cosman.
“Athletes have always sought out Orca clothing for its technical aspects and great fit.
“As a result each year we regularly get requests from high profile clubs and teams for custom race clothing.
“We’re excited to now be able to offer the performance, technology and comfort of Orca clothing in customised team colors without any compromise.
“We recognise that while some people are able to get fully customised artwork for their gear, this is not possible for everyone. So we’ve developed an online design app that allows people to build a kit, choosing colours panel by panel and then positioning their logos.”
Adds Cosman: “Orca has a long history of developing custom gear for its sponsored athletes and teams – we’ve recently produced Craig Alexander’s latest race suit and the new ITU-legal race suits for Vicky Holland and Jodie Stimpson.
“The custom programme has been developed over the last 12 months and rigorously tested to ensure Orca’s high production standards are met.”
