Road racing and triathlon specialist appoints PR expert to launch brand in UK

Airstreeem, the Austrian performance cycle brand that specialises in road racing and triathlon, has appointed Brandnation to launch the brand in the UK.

Airstreeem was established in 2008 by pro KTM continental team racer Stefan Probst.

Containing a number of innovative patents, the range includes a selection of lightweight, aerodynamic carbon wheel sets, frames and bikes hand built in Probst’s hometown of Salzburg.

Brandnation’s aim is to maximise targeted trade, specialist and consumer media exposure.

“We’re delighted to welcome Airstreeem into Brandnation,” Mary Killingworth, Brandnation managing director, says.

“It’s an exciting period for a relatively new and dynamic premium cycling and triathlon brand and we relish working with Airstreeem’s UK management team to help the brand grow and reach its target markets.

“This account will utilise our extensive existing cycling and triathlon experience and contacts to the max.”

Paul Hodge, Airstreeem’s UK managing director, adds: “We are very pleased to partner with Brandnation in this exciting growth phase for our business.

“Airstreeem sales in Germany and Austria were really strong last year and we are looking to replicate that success in the UK, leveraging off the phenomenal growth and interest in the cycling and triathlon markets.”
