K-Swiss creates two new versions of its Bigshot tennis shoe

Specifically designed for elite and recreational tennis players, K-Swiss’ Bigshot II and Bigshot Light allow you to have unlimited support on the court.

Designed to support all areas of the foot to keep you at the top of your game, the Bigshot II is the updated version of K-Swiss’ flagship tennis shoe and has been created specifically for the elite tennis player.

The Aosta 7.0 high abrasion outsole gives excellent durability, while the Dragguard located in the high wear areas of the toe and heel offers increased abrasion resistance.

Synthetic leather used in the upper is a fine super microfibre material to ensure additional softness along with flexibility, and is linked with the FlowCool system to help feet stay cool and dry.

In the toe area Durawrap has been added, which provides an extra line of defence against extra toe dragging. There are also two separate densities of foam in the heel area in a layered construction in order to keep the heel fit consistent with the heel grip lining.

A new Ortholite insole is now being used to assist moisture management, which is denser and more resilient than previously.

The Bigshot II is specifically tailored to keep the athlete on top of their game.

Not only does the extension shank system around the lateral and medial sides support the heel for extra stability, but the 6mm heel drop also lowers the centre of gravity, allowing for quicker lateral movement and therefore gaining speed on their opponents.

The Bigshot Light is built around support and comfort for the recreational player.

The Aosta 7.0 rubber outsole offers excellent durability assisted by Dragguard in the heel and toe areas for increased abrasion resistance.

A synthetic leather upper incorporates the Flowcool system to assist breathability, keeping the foot cool and dry.

There is a single density foam layer in the heel area with a moulded EVA insole and CMEVA midsole adding extra comfort and support to the shoe.
