FSPA becomes UKTI Trade Challenge Partner

The Federation of Sports and Play Associations, along with all its trade associations, has been approved as a UKTI Trade Challenge Partner.

This means the UK umbrella trade body, which represents 18 associations and approximately 600 member companies, will be working alongside the government to encourage more businesses to export their goods and services and maximise the extensive industry knowledge of its partners to support UK trade overseas.

The FSPA says important changes to the Tradeshow Access System will be implemented over the next 12 months.

Potential exporters could be entitled to up to 12 grants instead of six, while from August 1 the grants for group exhibitions will increase from £1,000 to £1,500 for Europe, £1,400 to £2,000 for ‘long haul’, £1,800-£2,500 for high growth markets, up to £3,000 for first timers to high growth markets and from £1,000-£1,250 for solo exhibitors.

For more information call Jane Montgomery at the FSPA on 02476 414999.
