The Association of Professional Sales Agents (Sport and Leisure Industries) is holding a seminar day on Wednesday, June 4 to provide an informative session on agency law for all agents operating in the sports, outdoor, golf, leisure and angling trades. With recent high-profile changes in compensation payments following the Lonsdale vs Howard and Hallam case, the topics covered in the session will be valuable to any agent. APSA has enlisted the services of specialist solicitor Carol Gunning, who will be covering three main subject areas:
1. Calculating Compensation – what are you entitled to?
2. Retirement
3. Buying and Selling Agencies
The seminar will be taking place at Federation House, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire CV8 2RF, will start at 11.00 with a networking lunch to follow. In addition to the seminar, the APSA AGM will be taking place with a free draw for annual membership taking place amongst the attendees.
